UETR is a unique tracking code attached to every SWIFT payment, helping businesses and banks track where a fee is at any given time.
This is especially useful when a recipient claims they haven’t received the payment yet.
Where to Find Your UETR in ZendBusiness
You can retrieve your UETR from the following places:
1 Transaction Details in ZendBusiness
- Once you initiate a payment through ZendBusiness, the UETR is generated automatically.
- You can find it by checking your payment history or transaction details on your ZendBusiness dashboard.
2 Payment Confirmation or Invoice
- Your payment receipt or invoice issued through ZendBusiness will also contain the UETR.
- If you need to provide proof of payment, sharing the invoice with the recipient allows them to track it as well.
3 Customer Support Assistance
- If you don’t see the UETR in your dashboard, you can request it by contacting ZendBusiness support.
- Provide your transaction ID and basic payment details to retrieve the UETR.
Tracking Your Payment with the UETR
Once you have the UETR, here’s how you can use it to track your payment:
Check Your ZendBusiness Dashboard – Payments in progress will display a UETR and real-time status updates.
Use SWIFT’s Global Payments Innovation (GPI) Tracking – If your recipient’s bank supports SWIFT GPI, they can enter the UETR into their banking system to track the payment.
Contact ZendBusiness Support – If there’s a delay, you can provide the UETR to ZendBusiness – support@zendwallet.com and we’ll help you investigate the payment’s location.
What Your UETR Tracking Results Mean
Payment is still being processed – The transaction is moving through the banking system.
Funds Are in an Intermediary Bank – The payment is temporarily held before reaching the final bank.
Payment is Completed – The recipient has successfully received the funds.
By using the UETR in ZendBusiness, you get full transparency and control over your international payments, ensuring you always know where your funds are.
