The Sender feature on ZendFx, ZendWallet’s business product, lets you choose how your business name appears when sending money. It keeps your payments clear, compliant, and well organised.

When a business sends money through ZendWallet, the sender’s name displayed on the recipient’s end can be customised. This helps businesses maintain clarity, compliance, and consistency across all payments.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Your Company Name
If your business is not linked to cryptocurrency, you can send money using your registered business name. The recipient will see this name on their account.
  2. Your Client’s Name
If you are sending payments on behalf of a client, you can display your client’s name as the sender once their KYC is uploaded and verified. This option works well for agencies or businesses that process payments for several clients.
  3. A Neutral Sender Name
If your company or its directors are linked to cryptocurrency, ZendWallet assigns a verified neutral business name such as “UZ Logistics.” This ensures payments are processed successfully and without issues from receiving banks.

This feature keeps your business payments organised, transparent, and compliant, while allowing you to manage multiple senders under one account.
